Terms & Community Guidelines
WKDBEATS is an independent, non-commercial underground radio and community project. These are the practical rules for using the site, joining the community and broadcasting as a DJ.

Do not use WKDBEATS to harm people, spread malware, expose private data or commit crime.
The live DJ decides what can be played or read out during a show.
Content can be removed and accounts can be muted, restricted or banned.

Public listening and membership
Who can use WKDBEATS
Public listening, general information pages and public Chat viewing are open without an account. Registration and interactive community participation are 18+ only. By creating an account or using a member feature, you agree to follow these rules.
Registration may require email activation and Admin approval. Approval gives access to the community; it does not create a permanent entitlement to an account or a DJ slot.

Access and security
Your account
- Use accurate account information and keep your password private.
- Do not share, sell, transfer or impersonate another account.
- Do not bypass approval, bans, timeouts, cooldowns or security controls.
- Tell WKDBEATS if you think somebody else has accessed your account.
Google Sign-In is optional. Using Google does not bypass the 18+ declaration, account approval, roles or moderation rules.

Community rules
Keep the room usable
- Treat listeners, DJs and staff with basic respect.
- Keep disagreements about the subject, not personal attacks.
- Use Chat and request tools without spamming or disrupting everyone else.
- Respect moderator instructions and station decisions.
Not allowed
- Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation or hate.
- Doxxing, private information or non-consensual images.
- Scams, phishing, malware, spam or deliberately misleading links.
- Impersonation, ban evasion or coordinated disruption.
- Illegal content, sexual exploitation or material intended to harm others.
Child sexual abuse or exploitation is never allowed
Content or behaviour involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child will be removed and may be preserved and reported to the appropriate service or authorities where required.

What you submit
Content and moderation
You are responsible for the Chat messages, profile information, avatars, biographies, requests, show information and other material you submit. Only submit material you are allowed to use.
You keep ownership of your content. You give WKDBEATS permission to store, display and process it only as needed to run the site, show it to the intended audience and operate moderation, scheduling and request features.
Admins and Moderators may remove content, mute or timeout Chat, restrict accounts or ban users when needed to protect the room, the station or other users. Attempts to evade a restriction may lead to a longer or permanent ban.

Broadcasting and schedule
DJs, shows and live requests
DJs are responsible for the material they choose to broadcast and must follow the station rules shown in their Dashboard and booking tools. Show bookings, approvals, cancellations and schedule changes are managed through the WKDBEATS scheduling system and may be changed where station operation requires it.
Song and Shoutout requests are suggestions sent to the assigned live DJ. Sending a request does not guarantee it will be played, read out or accepted. DJs and authorised staff may complete, decline, cancel or clear requests as appropriate.

Running the station
The service
WKDBEATS is a free, non-commercial community radio project. Features, schedules and availability may change, and the site, stream or individual features may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, faults or station changes.
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access, probe private systems or deliberately overload the service. WKDBEATS branding, site design and original station material remain WKDBEATS material; third-party music, artwork, services and trademarks remain with their respective owners.

Information and support
Privacy, reports and changes
The Privacy Notice explains the account, community and technical information WKDBEATS uses to operate the site. For privacy questions use the privacy contact route; for abuse, impersonation or safety concerns use the reporting route.
These rules may be updated as the station and community change. The date at the top will be updated when a material revision is published. If you do not agree with the current rules, stop using member features and ask for your account to be closed.
